Making technology work for people, not the other way around.

I'm a Finnish-speaking Swede, or a Swedish-speaking Finn, depending on who's asking. Growing up between cultures taught me early to see things from more than one angle, and it left me with a curiosity that hasn't faded.

My professional background includes sales and IT, with experience across banking, insurance, and education. Different industries, but always the same core: people. Understanding what they need, what gets in their way, and how to make things work a little better.

I grew up with my parents and three siblings. My dad ran his own business, so ideas and initiative were part of everyday life at home. But I also learned early that ideas on their own don't go far. What matters is being able to explain them clearly and follow through. That thinking has stayed with me: taking something technically complex and turning it into something practical, structured, and easy to act on is one of the things I do best.

I'm naturally curious about technology and like to stay close to what's happening and maybe sometimes a little too enthusiastically. I enjoy testing tools, exploring new solutions, and understanding how things actually work. Not for the sake of tech itself, but for what it makes possible.

Outside of work, I try to keep things balanced. Training, cooking (often more ambitiously than the result suggests), and the occasional deep dive into a newly discovered series.

I enjoy working with people. Listening, asking the right questions, and paying attention to what's not being said. Then quietly building something that makes everyday work smoother and more meaningful.
